Milton Construction Company did a great job constructing my addition this spring. It consisted of a room with basement extension, a deck, and a patio. The roof is joined to the existing house, and the brick, paint, and shingles are exactly matched to it. The hardwood floor in the new room was stained to exactly match the existing floor it seamlessly connected with. Even the basement extension matches the existing construction of the house. The addition looks like it was part of the existing house, which was our intent. When we first discussed the project, I didn’t have an exact idea of what I wanted.
Milton Construction Company helped us design the addition and my wife and I are very grateful for their help in selecting the design and materials to ensure a great outcome. All the work is first-class, and I was particularly impressed with their framing and masonry work. We agreed on a contract price before construction started, and they stuck with the original price.
