Featured Whole Home Renovation in Phenix, VA
This featured project is in neighboring Phenix, a very rural (culturally and historically rich) area about thirty minutes south of Appomattox in Charlotte County. Part of the house was over 100 years old and the back section was an addition around 40 years old. Milton Construction completed a home renovation consisting of a kitchen remodel, two bathroom remodels, all main level flooring and ceilings, addition of a screened porch, and more.
Milton Construction Company recently renovated our entire 100 year old farmhouse…this was a lengthy process which they made as painless as possible. The remodel was completed on budget and on time. The living room had no lighting available other than lamps. Todd and his team created a new ceiling, complete with four recessed lights and a ceiling fan with a lighting feature. As an added luxury, Todd and his team wired for surround sound while the ceiling was under construction. This allowed for a seamless and professional look when it came time for his team to install the surround sound. Once a plain and boring fireplace, Todd and his team used stacked stone to add new life! Additional features of this project included beautiful custom built-in cabinets and shelving, as well as hidden electrical outlets and speaker wires.
