Milton Construction Company has a long history in the Appomattox area. Milton Construction’s primary focus is providing a full array of major home remodeling and construction services including additions, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, finished basements, and decks. We were recently contacted by the Innkeeper of the Historic Babcock House.  They needed a Bathroom Renovation to increase the space without actually knocking down any walls.  One of the unique challenges was working on a project while there was active business going on for the restaurant.   We were happy to work around the normal business constraints on top of the many challenges the outside world was experiencing.

Milton Construction has been a joy to work with from the initial meeting to completion. We contracted them for a bathroom remodel and encountered a plumbing leak that needed repair along the way. All of their contractors were respectful of our business hours and any guests on premises in addition to completing the work to our satisfaction and communicating with us all along the way. We were always informed of progress or any changes that needed to be considered and were very pleased with their fast response time if I ever had any questions. They were also very conscientious about keeping things clean as they went. The completed project is lovely in every way. We look forward to calling them again.
