For a variety of reasons, sometimes a bathroom remodel can be one of the most needed of all renovation projects. One of the most common reasons is simply the passing of time. Many homes simply were not built with bathrooms designed for people who are in their golden years, but yet desire to stay in their own homes.
At Milton Construction, bathroom remodeling is one of our most common projects. We continue to get invited into people’s homes to help them design a bathroom layout that will accommodate their evolving needs.
The pictures on this page highlight recent projects that involved major remodeling of bathrooms—full demolition, walls moved, plumbing and electric rearranged, new fixtures installed, new moulding and fresh paint to finish. As you can tell, just because a bathroom remodel is required by aging in place and using grab bars, accessible sinks, and such—that certainly does not mean that the finished product can’t be quite beautiful!
We are able to work with you throughout the entire process of a bathroom renovation. Design work includes drawings, estimates, and sending (or accompanying) you to several showrooms to select your plumbing fixtures and flooring. After all selections are made, we schedule the work and see it through to the fastest possible completion.

To begin, I had complete trust in Milton Construction Company, not knowing Todd, but from his Dad’s reputation as a builder. His estimate seemed fair so we got no others (that’s trust!). They completely gutted two connecting baths, flipping them to give us more room in our master bath. Also, they put up a new ceiling in our downstairs family room. We stayed with our children during the renovation but I had no qualms with turning our keys over to Todd or the crew. He was always available for my questions and comments. The crew was so good about coming up with solutions and making suggestions. I thank them all.
