This basement finishing project converted 1,800 square feet into a very open unconstrained family space. There is extra bedroom space and a full bathroom too. And one day there is enough room to add a kitchen if our clients so desire.

Now we welcome you to the new finished basement. The stained oak treads to match the LVP flooring. To one side is a nice recreation area, now with a Foosball table.




Steel columns are wrapped nicely for a finished look.
A full bathroom is here for guests and sleepovers. The bath vanity was provided by Elm Home Design whom we work with frequently on for various aspects of our Kitchen Remodeling and Bathroom Remodeling services.
