Beautiful Basement Finishing in Lynchburg

This remodeling project for Milton Construction services took place for some neighbors in Lynchburg. This basement finishing project converted 1,800 square feet into a very open unconstrained family space. There is extra bedroom space and a full bathroom too. And one day there is enough room to add a kitchen if our clients so desire.

We entered the design phase so that our clients can visualize the final finished basement project. We strive to do as much of the planning work as possible up front, so that once the job was started, it could run along smoothly and be completed in a timely manner with as few delays as possible.

Now it was time for the actual construction to take place. Here are two of the more dramatic images that allow you to see the room just starting construction and after the majority of the basement finishing was completed.

Now we welcome you to the new finished basement. The stained oak treads to match the LVP flooring. To one side is a nice recreation area, now with a Foosball table.

This large finished room has a bathroom off to the left and straight ahead is a large unfinished storage area. Our client mentions a future kitchen area, and this would be straight ahead where we blocked in the wall for cabinetry. This is one of the nicest LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plan) floors we have used.

A full bathroom is here for guests and sleepovers. The bath vanity was provided by Elm Home Design whom we work with frequently on for various aspects of our Kitchen Remodeling and Bathroom Remodeling services.
